Emily has been a member of the Galvin Therapy Center team since February 2023, as a Speech-Language Pathologist. Emily earned her Bachelor’s degree in Speech Pathology and Audiology at Kent State University. While completing her undergraduate degree, she worked with college students with developmental disabilities by assisting them during their work shifts or academic courses. Emily gained a newfound passion for working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorders and other developmental disabilities. Emily earned her Master’s degree at Kent State University as well and graduated in 2022. In her free time, Emily enjoys reading thriller or mystery books and being with her friends. Emily especially loves to take road trips with friends or her dad to see her favorite hockey team, the Pittsburgh Penguins, play in their hometown. Emily is thrilled to be providing speech and language support to children and their families at Galvin Therapy Center!
