Katie Zelinski has been an Occupational Therapist with Galvin Therapy Center since March 2019, when she and her husband moved across the country (almost) to live closer to family. Katie received her Master’s of Occupational Therapy from New York University in 2014. For the past 6 years, she has been working in pediatrics in early intervention, school, and clinic-based settings. Katie loves working with children and their families. As much Occupational Therapy is about providing treatment to the child, a huge component is providing education to the family so they can learn the best tools to support the successful growth of their child and further develop the parent-child relationship. Katie has completed the certificate program in Ayres Sensory Integration through CLASI and has additional specialty training in Masgutova Neurosensorimotor Reflex Integration, Handwriting without Tears, and Integrated Listening Systems. In her free time, Katie enjoys hiking, crocheting, and exploring new places to eat around Cleveland.
