ESAP Lead/Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyist
Michelle Malnar is a Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst for the ABA Program and Lead Teacher Assistant for the Early Start Autism Program at Galvin Therapy Center. She has been working in both capacities for over a year. She has spent 5+ years in ABA and 4 years as a Social Worker teaching social and coping skills to teens. Michelle earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Akron, and earned her BCaBA Certificate through the Florida Institute of Technology. Michelle enjoys art, music, and learning new and healthy recipes when she is not working. She enjoys spending time with family and friends and being outdoors. Michelle is passionate about seeing the kids’ faces when they learn something new, showing them that they can do what they thought they couldn’t, and improving communication. Passion, dependability, and flexibility are musts in this field, and Michelle strives to embody those traits on a daily basis.
